Student Housing is provided by: Collegiate Housing Services, Inc.

The Academy - Nashville student housing is located at Mission Priest Lakes apartments located at 3555 Bell Road, Nashville, TN 37214. Mission Priest Lakes is only a five-mile commute to our design school in Nashville.

Mission Priest Lakes amenities include: two swimming pools, volleyball and tennis courts, hiking trails to Percy Priest Lake front, fitness center, patio/balcony, A/C, dishwasher, laundry facilities, large closets, and more.

Four students share a two-bedroom apartment with a basic furniture package and budgeted utilities (excluding phone service and cable television.) Each student signs a 9-12 month individual lease.
